Typical documents you would need to get ready for us to complete your mortgage application:
- Proof of residency (utility bill/credit card or bank statement, less than 3 months old)
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Last 3 months payslips
- Last 3 years SA302’s and Tax Year Overviews (self employed)
- Current mortgage statement (if applicable)
- Proof of deposit
